TREY CAIN

Trey Cain, Attorney at Law, prior to moving to Williamson County, Tennessee, practiced as a real estate litigation attorney. Mr. Cain’s clientele included real estate developers, builders, lenders, Realtors, title insurance underwriters, real estate limited partnerships, and investors. As a title defect litigator, Mr. Cain acquired specialized understanding of how real estate transactions and the relationships between the parties deteriorate when the transaction is closed improperly or carelessly.

Mr. Cain is also a licensed real estate Broker in the state of Tennessee. Although he does not list or sell real estate, Mr. Cain’s experience as a Realtor provides a unique perspective about the real estate industry and the professionals that do list and sell. With an in-depth understanding of how real estate professionals go about their day to day activities, Tennessee Title offers a Realtor-friendly environment that includes as much of the Realtor’s involvement in the closing process as the Realtor is comfortable with.

DANIELLE GRIGGS

Prior to joining tennessee Title as General Manager, Danielle Griggs amassed experience as a commodities trader and a mortgage originator. With Danielle’s immense understanding of the loan approval, underwriting, and loan closing process, she is well equipped to manage the process with everyone involved and is highly capable of proactively addressing issues that may otherwise delay a closing. Danielle understands the behind-the-scenes financing of a real estate transaction and providesTennessee Title’s clientele with a unique set of skills that make the closing run smoothly.

GINA CANADAY

Gina Canaday’s experience in bookkeeping and financing compliance makes her the perfect person to manage the pre-closing processing stage of any real estate closing. Compiling all necessary data, including title search documentation, loan payoffs, homeowners association information, termite, inspection, and other closing related information is a detail-oriented task management process that requires care and skill. Gina’s understanding of that process and her pleasant demeanor provides an invaluable asset to Tennessee Title’s clients.
