Trey Cain Attorney, Founder, Closing Agent
Trey Cain, Esq. is the founder and president of Tennessee Title & Escrow Affiliates, LLC. Mr. Cain has practiced real estate and bankruptcy law since 2000 and has held a Real Estate Broker's license since 2005. As a lawyer, licensed real estate broker, and principal in a real estate brokerage, Mr. Cain has developed a truly unique perspective in conducting and consulting on thousands of successful negotiations and closings, including residential, commercial, private investor representation, equity funding and foreclosed properties.
BRIAN HURST Vice president, director of Operations
Brian Hurst has worked in real estate title for over 6 years, with 4 additional years in title research experience. Brian completes and/or reviews all title searches, helps to clear title, insuring there are no outstanding liens on the property when the property is conveyed. He will work with you from contract to close, coordinating with your buyers, sellers, lenders and agents to ensure a smooth transaction.
